IDFS has built its reputation partnering with the UK's largest retailers, delivering tailored fire and security packages to retail sites throughout the UK and Ireland. We understand what is important to a retailer, be it reducing annual spend, complying with all KPI and SLA agreements or introducing new technologies to help deliver added value.

As a provider of all fire and security disciplines including EAS systems, IDFS is perfectly situated to deliver all disciplines through one supplier, reducing overheads and working together to reduce retailers shrinkage and protect their assets. 

Our security systems do so much more than tackle theft. Utilising the CCTV system to count and analyse shoppers movement, monitor marketing and promotional material and disprove fraudulent trips and slips claims; we work with retailers to improve their operations. 

We have dedicated retail account teams that work on installation and refurbishment programmes, as well as specially trained EAS and retail security engineers that have years of experience working in the fast moving retail environment.
